He had enjoyed longest term presidential ship . He also famous for his balanced budget and federal surplus  and he reported a  surplus of $559 billion.  After failed attempt at health care reform with Democratic Congress won control of the House of Representatives first time in Forty year . After two year he was elected as first member of Democratic Party since Franklin Roosevelt . When he was left office , he enjoyed high approval rating which is 65% . He also giving his substantial time and efforts for humanitarian work . He had worked for treatment and prevention for HIV/AIDS and also for global warming. In 2004 he also created  William J. Clinton Foundation . he released his autobiography, My Life. Clinton later campaigned for his wife in her unsuccessful 2008 presidential campaign.

     Bill Clinton was little bit disappointed after failure in the second year of  huge program of health care reform , Clinton cited “the era of big government is over.” He also emphasis  changes in education which makes sure parents jobs who must care for sick person, to restrict handgun sales and booing environmental rules .
              Bill Clinton was born in the house of  William Jefferson Blythe III on 19 August 1946 , In Hope , Arkansas . His starting life was full of struggle, his father was died when he was only three month old  in traffic accident . When he was four years old, his mother wed Roger Clinton, of Hot Springs, Arkansas. In high school, he took the family name.
  While he was student he was considered as saxophone player and then many people imagine him as professional musician. During the High School study when he was met with President John Kennedy in the White House Rose Garden which makes him to make his life in public service and doing something different achievement . 
In 1968 he had completed his graduation from Georgetown University and also awarded as Rhodes Scholarship from Oxford University .  Bill Clinton had received his Law degree  from Yale university in 1973, and entered politics in Arkansas.
In 1974 in the campaign for congress in Arkansas’s Third District ,he was defeated . In 1975 he got  married with a graduates of  Wellesley College and Yale Law School , name Hillary Rodham . Couple had got their first and last child in the 1980 , and she was girl named Chelsea Clinton .
    Bill Clinton real political life starts when he was elected Arkansas Attorney General in 1976 and also won Governorship in 1978.   Second time he was lost his bid for this post but comeback after four year and served until he defeated incumbent George Bush and third party candidate Ross Perot in the 1992 presidential race. 
Tennessee’s Senator Albert Gore Jr., then 44, who is also Clinton running mate , created new American leadership  Generation and first time same party had  a leadership on congress as well as White House .But the every time charges every moment so again  Republican captures both dynasty Congress and White House in 1994 .
He had faced many criticism  and controversy over relationship with 22 year old White House intern whose name is Monica Lewinsky. Media and prominent raise this issue publicly , whole the incident known as Lewinsky scandal, which was stared from 21 January 1998 .  In a lame duck session after the 1998 elections, for the belief Clinton lied about his relationship with Lewinsky in a sworn deposition in the Paula Jones lawsuit, the Republican-controlled House voted to impeach Clinton in 1998, making him the second U.S. president to be impeached after Andrew Johnson.In 1998 , some personal indiscretions with a young woman  with Monika lavensky , who also filed as case against Bill Clinton for using his power and post also harassing her while White House intern . Bill Clinton was the second US president to be impeached by the House of  Representatives. He was tried and fully discharged by Senate from his guilty.  He apologized to the nation for his actions and continued to have unprecedented popular approval ratings for his job as president.
